Initiate Request
Log into your Westside account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the signed pickup receipt for your records.
Quality Check & Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
